GUARDIANS RISE TO ZENITH OF PLANETARY GOVERNANCE OF NEW EARTH

Ra, messenger of the spiritual Hierarchy, staff at the Darjeeling Council, will now move to the subject of guardianship. As I write this note, I am enjoying the sounds of danceable World Music from Sudamerica, feeling glad that South American fusion music will be among those genres of the New Earth.

First of all, let it be heralded officially, that Guardians have arisen among the White Robes. The Gatekeeper of the underground cities or ‘Telos’ (generically), Master Adama, was also elevated to guardianship and now seats with the provisional guardians in council meetings.

The history of the Guardians (with a capital G) goes a long way, dating back to the formations of the early Root-races. Adepts of pure Light, they role-played Kings in those days. Presumably, the early guardians first manifested as Kings in Maharloka, the Mu continent where Kingship and Priestly class first appeared.

To fast-track our historical tracing, let it be echoed that tragic narrative about the guardians falling by the wayside one after the other. Those darkening guardians fell prey to the sweet tongue of Lucifer upon the latter’s Fall, and that sealed the fate of the Guardian as a special class of wise administrators.

As the Adepts of Light retreated from the public view during the Atlantean civilization, guardianship also slept. In place of the guardians, the Brotherhood sent forth Great Warriors to perform special missions from time to time. Such missions depended on the demands of the situation.

An example of a great warrior who had the semblance of the guardian role is that of Christ Jesus during his embodiment as Joshua. He returned again as David. He was to be the embodiment of the 1^st Ray soul among evolved souls, mandated with the task to help found and administer a kingdom that was to be the repository of ancient wisdom secreted from out of Egypt and fused with the Chaldean wisdom.

Another example of a great warrior is El Morya in his past embodiments as Arthur and Akbar. In both embodiments, he was tasked to return the balance or order and advanced the integrity of the kingdom or empire he was assigned to administer, thus enabling the growth of culture, thought, and wisdom.

Great warriors in antiquity are back today as White Robes, already evolved and ready for the more challenging task of guardianship. Rising like the phoenix, guardianship is therefore back today as the embodiment of wise governance in the public sphere.

Provisional guardians already received their proper orientation and ‘on-the-job’ training. A Provisional Guardianship Council has been convening periodically for couples of years now, with Lord Kolki serving as convenor.

Guardians will therefore perform the role of planetary Cabinet members, to use a term familiar to you. All ascended masters in awareness, their key technical staff will be ascended masters likewise. Institutions, public policy, governance, administration of defense (including the space army), and interplanetary diplomacy are their core functions.

The Guardians will also represent Terra in the executive council of the Galactic Command, a task that they’ve begun to fulfill in fact. Some guardians today report directly to Master Sananda and also work alongside the special mission command of Commander Ashtar.

Ra, messenger and teacher, is one of the said provisional guardians. Having traversed space as a Sirian evolved soul prior to his embodiment as Terran, Ra had enormous experience in space trans-sectoral responsibilities. Ra had just passed the tests of ascension, was granted divine grace in late 2008, and so he is now ending his teaching task to focus on administrative concerns of interplanetary character.

So, from planetary governance to interplanetary concerns the Guardians will be performing relevant task in aide of Terra’s World Leader and the command council of the Galactic Confederation.

The time of the ‘deep slumber’ of guardianship is over. Guardians have come, and they’re here to stay.
