Ra, messenger and teacher, staff at the Darjeeling Council, hereby shares heraldry focused on the emerging governance at the planetary level. The planetary governance is now being primed up, with preliminary structures, processes, and culture being instituted since way back 2008 yet.

As a clarification, the planetary governance I’m referring to is governance in the New Earth or post-2012 Terra. This hasn’t anything to do with the global governance that Lucifer’s adepts plan as a mutation from the present United Nations, as Old Earth will come to pass away in just couple of months from this chronicle’s release.

It is a bit premature to talk about the totality of governance in the coming new dispensation. So to give you an idea about that totality of process of governing, let me identify certain role-players and offices or councils that they occupy. From there you as enthused ascension aspirant can extend your reflective powers to extrapolate on the process of governing.

·         World Leader: An Avatara (personal embodiment of Godhead) will serve as ‘chairman’ and ‘chief executive’ of the planetary state. In classic political science precepts, he will be King of the New Earth. From Shamballah, the divine city where resides the Hierarchs of Terra, will he come forth. The World Leader will, in return, report directly to the Planetary Logos who oversees the overall evolution of humans and divine creations for the planet.

·         Guardianship Council: A council of executors will serve as a body of aides to the World Leader. The council’s role is akin to a global Cabinet, comprising of ministers of cabinet members who will recommend policy frames and directions, administer fiats of the World Leader and the global parliament, and oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks. Guardians will also be mandated the powers as Judge and Executioner. A Provisional Guardianship Council is now in place as a pre-operational form for the full-fledged council. The numbers of operational Guardians will be kept secret for now. All the prospective Guardians are already around, all Ascended Masters, and have been meeting with the World Leader designate on a regular basis. Guardians shall also directly administer the Planetary Army, the backbone of which is now in operation.

·         Planetary Parliament:  A prospective parliament for New Earth is already in place, as an interim body of sorts. The body is composed of the Gatekeepers for each region of Terra (see Gatekeeperships below). This body will be tasked to initiate policies, fiats, and related courses of action at a global level. The body will be formally convened by the World Leader who in turn can exercise the option of designating a surrogate (most likely from among the Gatekeepers) as deputy convenor.

·         Gatekeepership Councils - Regions: Each region of the world today has been designated White Robes who will comprise the regional Gatekeeperships. A Council comprises of twelve (12) White Robes attending, deliberating, enabling measures that will benefit their region (1 region = 2-4 countries using the current country entities), with one White Robe serving as Gatekeeper while the rest are aides. Gatekeeperships are already in place in the etheric plane and were participative in neutralizing the abominable agenda of the Evil Forces in their respective regions. The Gatekeepers across the globe have been regularly meeting in the etheric plane and in an interim session hall for them in the mothership of Master Sananda, head of the Galactic Command.

·         City/Special Region Gatekeeper & Council: Cities will be emerging across the planet after post-2012 turbulences will stabilize. Aside from cities, special regions will be apportioned to Indigenous Peoples or IPs who will steward forests, mineral areas, and natural ecologies for their further conservation. Each city or special region shall be designated a Gatekeeper who, as Melchizedek priest, will bless the elected officials and hand over the key of government to the latter. A Council comprising of at least 12, max of 14, will be elected at large from among the city residents, who will then administer the city on a day-to-day basis. The same structure shall also hold true for special regions. All cities and special regions shall report directly to the World Leader and the Guardians.

·         Gatekeepers – Special Tasks: Special tasks for the government of Light will be designated a gatekeeper or equivalent. Among these are the ‘bearers’ of the Christ Force and the different energy spots of Terra (70 in all, with 7 as major spots). Other special tasks may arise across the decades, with equivalent gatekeepers designated.

With such facts laid out, let me now close this note with an optimistic note that the government of Light will be indeed operational as planned. [Below is a list of related articles about the subject.]

Magandang araw! Good day!

For this note, Ra will clarify matters regarding the Planetary Ascension from the vantage point of the galaxy. Terra is well niched in the Milky Way, the galaxy of most fundamental import to Almighty Father-Mother, with the exact location being at the edge of the galaxy.

The link between Terra and the key interstices of the galaxy is the Galactic Hyperspace Portal that is located in the 4^th dimensional space of Philippines’ Palawan province. Two articles were released by me way back 4 years ago to herald the galactic portal, so please refer to them for deeper explication and time of re-opening (it was closed for a long time):

The galaxy incidentally is being directed by a coterie of Logoi (deities) led by the Galactic Logos. As in other star systems and planets, a chief Logos is aided by three Logoi. The Galactic Hierarchs oversee the evolution of forms and beings (from mineral to sentient) in the Milky Way, and are thus privileged to decide on matters concerning planets’ ascent towards the upward evolutionary arc.

Terra is no exception to the galactic initiation process that all planets must undergo. Terra’s humans for their part were already endowed with the ascent to the upward arc way back in 1934 yet, the year when Sanat Kumara released tremendous energy from his essence-being in Shamballah to the surface of Terra.

Terra as planetary being took a bit of a delay, as the fall to 3-dimensional reality of physical plane (governed by earth or solidity element) has exacerbated the difficulty of moving back upwards the evolutionary arc. December of 21, 2012 will mark that final ascent to the upward arc by Terra, thus ending a stupendous eons-long period of denseness.

That development is altogether a very good news. Terra did well to pass the galactic initiation requirements, rendering it as an exemplar for other 3^rd dimensional planets similarly situated. To accelerate the process of ascent to upward arc, the Father began directly intervening in Terra by 1974, thus radically changing the timelines of the planet.

The planet henceforth returns to 4^th dimension before the year ends. There the next phases of the Divine Plan will unfold, such as the emergence of the 6^th and 7^th ‘root races’ of 4^th Globe Terrans (devic-man phase of evolution).    

Galactic initiation, however, does not cease with Terra’s return to 4^th dimension. Terra still has three (3) more evolutionary rounds to go through to be able to accomplish the entire 7 phases of the Earth Round or Manvantara. The first three phases were: 1^st Round, mineral; 2^nd Round, vegetative; 3^rd Round, animal. To higher dimensions will Terra mutate and move yet in the distant future.

As Terrans move to the 5^th globe of Earth, marking the 5^th Evolutionary Round, there will be cataclysms experienced again. This is part of the normal process of birthing a new world. And so the process would mark the movement from 5^th to 6^th Round, and then from 6^th to 7^th Round by which time the manvantara ends and a pralaya (diffusion/rest) takes place.

For all her sacrifices, the ascended being Gaia, whose body Terra is, should be thanked by each one of us with profuse gratitude. A deity by awareness level, Gaia’s embodiment as Terra is replete with gargantuan pains and sacrifices as She has to deal with rowdy Fallen Humans at some phases of Terra’s sojourn.

Gaia’s sacrifices are practically over, so the next challenges facing Her Divinity will be the transitions to the last three (3) evolutionary rounds. For now, Her Divinity Gaia deserves accolades from the Galactic Logos, Solar Logos and Ancient of Days (Terra’s Logos) for a job well done.

Warm greetings from Ra of the Brotherhood of Light’s Darjeeling Council!

This Brother has writ analyses and heraldries about the Empire and its Terran sub-altern Illuminati in the past. The Illuminati is now fast crumbling, as the Brothers and Divine Hierarchs have successfully neutralized their abominable agenda, and this is the good news for the Terrans.

By Empire I refer to the evil Empire of the Draco-Orion alliance, with Zetans serving as a cannon fodder force for the bamboozling pursuits of the tandem across the galaxy. The Empire has also been attempting to infect or invade other galaxies—other universes for that matter—an attempt that was only minimally successful if ever.

The Empire sent an invasion force to re-occupy Terra and certain other lower dimension planets in our sector of the galaxy circa 1999-2002, and I was able to monitor the moves of some of the Draconian patrols that reached Solaria (solar system), via meditation visions. Fortunately, the Galactic Command or GC Forces were able to route the invasion force and scuttled the few remaining remnants that have been hiding in the hyperspace as ‘lost commands’.

Just to clarify, the Empire hasn’t been scuttled, it remains solidly organized and has been preparing for the resumption of the Cosmic War very soon. I was witness to the preparations of the Orions, when secretly I was sent there by the Brotherhood & GC in 2009 to do information gathering (I’ve since reported my observations to the Darjeeling Council, GC and other councils where I work).

Gracious Evening from Ra of the Brotherhood of Light!

Ra is among the 144,000 White Robes who mostly ascended in late 2008. Our mission as White Robes is explained in my articles on the subject (see listing below), likewise did I clarify that White Robes have begun to depart from the surface by the hundreds a month since April of 2010 yet.

I have to stress such a point, as only the White Robes were mandated to clarify prophecies and deeper wisdom about the coming New Earth, such mandates coming from Lord Metatron and/or deity-level Ascended Beings. At no instance did such Beings of Light ever mandate mere psychics calling themselves ‘channelers’ to represent the Brotherhood or serve as messenger for Hierarchy, for the latter do not have sufficient competence, purity, and power of Light to do messenger task.

Gracious Day to all you enthused aspirants! Love & Light from Ra of the Brotherhood of Light!

Ra, spiritually ascended in 2008 yet, staff at the Darjeeling Council – Great White Lodge, will now continue with the heraldries on the Planetary Ascension. My last heraldries came in the form of month-ender reports as updates about the quickening of the Old Earth.

Having made my major pronouncements being a mandated Messenger among the White Robes (Metatron gave me that mandate in 2008 yet) in the previous years yet, I decided to shelf the heraldries to focus on divine wisdom and the teaching mission that I had been practicing for over 2 decades now. I even thought of writing about the New Earth Economy way back in 2009, but had to constrain myself as the Luciferans were still decisively dominant in the balance of forces or BOF, so it was premature to peregrinate on the coming institutions of the New Earth.

The BOF had already shifted in favor of us of the Light Forces, so there remains few reasons to shelf the heraldries for the coming world. I pronounced the shift in the BOF in my past monthender reports, so suffice me to echo it here in passing.

The quickening is still in progress. The rise in the vibratory frequency of Terra still goes on at sharp climb, thus contributing to the quickening. As the planet’s frequency rises, the numbers of suicides go up, measured notably by higher suicide rates in the US and other militaries contrasted to those soldiers who die in battles.

Frequencies of neuroses, personality disorder, and psychoses are definitely rising, along with the rise in criminal incidences. Albeit, police records show unusual drop in crime rates, which means that many crimes remain unreported. There could also be a massive massage of information resulting to disinformation regarding crime rates, ditto for abnormal behavior occurrences.

Meantime, the destructive agenda of the Luciferans are crumbling rapidly, as the Brothers of Light and Divine Hierarchs neutralize those evil plots with no let up. The planned World War III is badly stalling for instance (it should have happened in mid-2009 yet). We’re getting reports from the ground that nuke missiles were de-detonated by the Galactic Command forces, thus rendering nukes as inutile metal scraps that ought to be sold per kilogram to scrap buyers.

We’re also getting updates about sinkholes in the West that baffle the common folks or ignorant ones. Insiders are now pouring out narratives that such sinkholes are evidences of underground facilities—built by the elites (aka Military Industrial Complex)—destroyed accordingly by the Light Forces. Those facilities could have been used as shelter for the elites while their military forces would nuke the world and destroy humanity.

As we messengers in the Brotherhood of Light have pronounced, December 21 of this year will be the ascension day. The event is just a fraction of the totality of ascension that will be experienced across the galaxies, as the entire omniverse or super-universes will ascend by a dimension higher. Sal Rachale, Guruji Krishanananda, myself and hundred other Brothers and Sisters pronounced heraldries about it, and Above (councils of the Brotherhood) the date remains the same.

Our heraldries as Brothers & Sisters come forth from the councils that we report to, the nightly White Robes’ meetings convened by Lord Kolki who heads the Brotherhood (we meet at the etheric site in the Himalayas), and from updates directly told us by Hierarchs such as Metatron, Sananda, Kolki, Michael, and Chohans of the Brotherhood. We have no need for mediums or channelers, Hierarchy never mandated any single spiritist to channel messages from the Brotherhood since we Brothers are right here on the surface of Terra.

So keep attuned as Ra of the Darjeeling Council will resume with massive heraldries. Ra was also mandated to sit in the operational council of the Galactic Confederation or GC, in preparation for his work with Sananda, Ashtar, and the Guardians in the months ahead, so I will also share heraldries about the Galactic Confederation.
