PLANETARY GOVERNANCE PRIMED UP

Ra, messenger and teacher, staff at the Darjeeling Council, hereby shares heraldry focused on the emerging governance at the planetary level. The planetary governance is now being primed up, with preliminary structures, processes, and culture being instituted since way back 2008 yet.

As a clarification, the planetary governance I’m referring to is governance in the New Earth or post-2012 Terra. This hasn’t anything to do with the global governance that Lucifer’s adepts plan as a mutation from the present United Nations, as Old Earth will come to pass away in just couple of months from this chronicle’s release.

It is a bit premature to talk about the totality of governance in the coming new dispensation. So to give you an idea about that totality of process of governing, let me identify certain role-players and offices or councils that they occupy. From there you as enthused ascension aspirant can extend your reflective powers to extrapolate on the process of governing.

· World Leader: An Avatara (personal embodiment of Godhead) will serve as ‘chairman’ and ‘chief executive’ of the planetary state. In classic political science precepts, he will be King of the New Earth. From Shamballah, the divine city where resides the Hierarchs of Terra, will he come forth. The World Leader will, in return, report directly to the Planetary Logos who oversees the overall evolution of humans and divine creations for the planet.

· Guardianship Council: A council of executors will serve as a body of aides to the World Leader. The council’s role is akin to a global Cabinet, comprising of ministers of cabinet members who will recommend policy frames and directions, administer fiats of the World Leader and the global parliament, and oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks. Guardians will also be mandated the powers as Judge and Executioner. A Provisional Guardianship Council is now in place as a pre-operational form for the full-fledged council. The numbers of operational Guardians will be kept secret for now. All the prospective Guardians are already around, all Ascended Masters, and have been meeting with the World Leader designate on a regular basis. Guardians shall also directly administer the Planetary Army, the backbone of which is now in operation.

· Planetary Parliament: A prospective parliament for New Earth is already in place, as an interim body of sorts. The body is composed of the Gatekeepers for each region of Terra (see Gatekeeperships below). This body will be tasked to initiate policies, fiats, and related courses of action at a global level. The body will be formally convened by the World Leader who in turn can exercise the option of designating a surrogate (most likely from among the Gatekeepers) as deputy convenor.

· Gatekeepership Councils - Regions: Each region of the world today has been designated White Robes who will comprise the regional Gatekeeperships. A Council comprises of twelve (12) White Robes attending, deliberating, enabling measures that will benefit their region (1 region = 2-4 countries using the current country entities), with one White Robe serving as Gatekeeper while the rest are aides. Gatekeeperships are already in place in the etheric plane and were participative in neutralizing the abominable agenda of the Evil Forces in their respective regions. The Gatekeepers across the globe have been regularly meeting in the etheric plane and in an interim session hall for them in the mothership of Master Sananda, head of the Galactic Command.

· City/Special Region Gatekeeper & Council: Cities will be emerging across the planet after post-2012 turbulences will stabilize. Aside from cities, special regions will be apportioned to Indigenous Peoples or IPs who will steward forests, mineral areas, and natural ecologies for their further conservation. Each city or special region shall be designated a Gatekeeper who, as Melchizedek priest, will bless the elected officials and hand over the key of government to the latter. A Council comprising of at least 12, max of 14, will be elected at large from among the city residents, who will then administer the city on a day-to-day basis. The same structure shall also hold true for special regions. All cities and special regions shall report directly to the World Leader and the Guardians.

· Gatekeepers – Special Tasks: Special tasks for the government of Light will be designated a gatekeeper or equivalent. Among these are the ‘bearers’ of the Christ Force and the different energy spots of Terra (70 in all, with 7 as major spots). Other special tasks may arise across the decades, with equivalent gatekeepers designated.
