WORLD POWER BUILDS UP FORCES IN GALACTIC PORTAL: HATCHING ELITES’ ESCAPE

Ra, White Robe & messenger of the spiritual Hierarchy, forthcoming Guardian, will release a heraldry concerning the build up of US military forces below the area of the Galactic Hyperspace Portal in Palawan, Philippines.

As a guiding query, let it be tossed: what’s the build up of military forces for? Is this a forward strategy in defense of the US submarine lanes in the West Philippine Sea? Or is it a deflector strategy to camouflage the retreating global elites later (of which big families are American in identity)?

There is no doubt that the US Establishment is aware of the re-opening of the Portal in late 2008 yet. At that time of its re-opening, to which Ra was made a witness (I traveled there via my Lightbody right after my spiritual ascension c. late Nov. ’08), I released some chronicles about the matter, as follows:

Since the talks about the Portal have been gathering in the grapevines in PH, spread notably by mystics, the information could have wind up in the hands of the local Illuminates in Manila. The said Illuminates then passed on the information to their counterparts in the North, notably the USA and UK.

The same Illuminates were largely in command of the campaign machinery of Noynoy Aquino during the 2010 polls (couples of Illuminati guys were appointed to the Aquino officialdom later, with one getting the plum post of ambassador up North). The entire lineage of Cojuangco y Aquino is anything but human, and this fact will be authenticated post-December 21 when the peoples’ opened 3^rd eyes will reveal what they are.

Talks are now circling the grapevines that US Forces are building up infrastructures in Palawan. One particular horizontal infrastructure is a long strip of concrete pavement with six (6) lanes. Since the Military Bases Agreement was already abrogated by the Philippine Senate in 1991, what agreement of sorts can the US Military cite to defend the installation of huge facilities in Palawan?

The most obvious reason for the build up is to beef up forward defense for the busiest submarine lane of the US Forces in the entire planet. That is the West Philippine Sea to the west of Palawan, which then extends northwards to the China Sea.

But I didn’t release this heraldry to belabor on the obvious that is stuff for morons. The 4^th Dimensional ‘belt’ above Palawan is where the Portal is, and that Portal is now heavily guarded by the patrols and Lightships of the Galactic Command or GC.

Since the opening of the Portal in late 2008, many Motherships, Lightships, and patrols of the GC already entered Terra’s 4^th Dimension through the Portal, established bases across the world including those on the Sierra Madre mountain range west of Manila, and also built refugee relief centers in the highlands of pre-selected sites.

The entire facility under installation is being watched by the GC and Gabriel’s Forces, rest assured. And so are the submarines and war ships belonging to the 7^th Fleet of the U.S. being monitored closely by the Light Forces.

There isn’t a single military force on Earth’s surface today that can match the firepower of the GC and Gabriel’s Forces. Such a fact renders the US military build up as puzzling indeed.

The only sense that we can make out of that move by the US Forces is the offensive actions of the same against the Light Forces’ or LF’s firepower would suffice to mitigate or slow down the LF’s mighty offensive. The mitigation fireworks will give the elites time and space to quickly move to escape routes, bunkers, caverns, or whatever desperate options they have.

The elites know that they cannot use the Portal as an escape route to other parts of the Galaxy. The only option is to hide in caverns and bunkers down the ground. But whether the scampering elites can hide in caverns & bunkers for so long is doubtful, clumsy, and non-viable.
